We offer lots of additional services. When your order arrives at our warehouse, we will send you an SMS notification, inspect it and check up your purchase. You can be confident that everything is fine with it. We can take pictures of your items and send it to you before shipping.

Don’t worry if the seller doesn't ship within the UK. We will pick up your items from any mainland point in the country and forward them to Hong Kong.

VAT refund for online shopping
Order items with high VAT amount online and use the VAT refund service. We will pay back a part of the purchase price to your account. If the VAT amount in your purchase is high enough, you can use it to pay for the shipping and our services.
