To sum up all the above mentioned, orders storage and ready-to-ship parcels storage are different services. An order can be stored for free for 90 days and then 30 days more as a packed ready-to-ship parcel. On the other hand, even if an order was stored only 5 days and then packed and prepared for shipment, anyway, it can be stored as a parcel for 30 days only (the unused order storage time cannot be applied towards a parcel free storage limits).

Please pay your attention that the minimum calculation weight for paid storage fee is 1 kg and the minimum calculation period is 1 week (7 days).

Example 1. A 5 kg order was stored for 97 days. It was stored for 90 days for free and for 7 days for a fee. The storage fee is 1 GBP ( 5 kg * 0.20 GBP).

Example 2. A 5 kg order was stored for 10 days. As per customer's request it was prepared for further shipment i.e. packed. A ready-to-ship parcel was stored for 33 days so the free storage period was exceeded by 3 days. The storage fee is 1 GBP ( 5 kg * 0.20 GBP).

Example 3. A 10 kg order was stored for 90 days. Then as per customer's request it was prepared for further shipment i.e. packed and was stored 30 days more.  This example displays free storage conditions.

Example 4. A 100 g order was stored for 5 months (150 days). Then as per customer's request it was packed and stored as a ready-to-ship parcel for 90 days more. The storage fee is 3.60 GBP (1.80 GBP for an order storage and 1.80 GBP for a parcel storage).
