What does Assisted Purchase service mean?

A customer chooses items on any UK online store and places an order with us to purchase it. Once this order amount has been transferred to us, we purchase selected goods with delivery to our warehouse and then forward a parcel to our customer. Some stores charge a postage cost for delivery within the UK, this cost needs to be paid by a customer on top of an order items price.

This service of assisted purchase includes an order purchasing, its receiving at our warehouse (including free visual SKU, size and colour check ), standard packaging and shipment to a destination country.  As a part of this service we also handle disputes with sellers and postal services if it is needed at no extra cost.
