We work fast. Packing a parcel in our warehouse and its shipping takes at most 48 hours. If we miss this deadline, we will credit a compensation to your account.
You can use the "Assisted Purchase" service if an online store does not accept your bank card. We will place an order for you. The service is free. You need to choose the appropriate plan in your Personal Account.
You can shop at one or more stores. We will repackage the goods and ship them as a single parcel.
The cost of repacking of standard parcels is 1-5 pounds depending on the size of contents. Packaging of fragile, bulk items and electronics costs 3-10 pounds. The cost of special packing consists of the price of material + 12 pounds per hour or 6 pounds per 30 minutes of work.
If a store doesn’t ship within the UK, we can pick up your purchases. The cost depends on the distance to a pickup point.
