The longest waiting time for packing and shipping a parcel from our warehouse is 2 business days. If we miss the deadline, you will receive compensation to your account.

If the seller does not accept your card, we will make an order and pay for it instead of you. Use the Personal Shopper option for this. It's free if you select the desired fare in the Personal Account.
You can shop in several stores, consolidate purchases, and send them in one package. We will pack them securely. Repackaging costs from £1 for standard items and £3 or more for fragile and large items. Repackaging on special request starts from £6 per minute of labor or £12 per hour + cost of materials.
