How do I cancel an order?

Before an order has been paid (has "Unpaid" status) or until it has been approved (has "On approval" status) an order may be cancelled by yourselves on your account. To cancel you need to go to ‘My Orders’ and click the "X" button next to the order you wish to cancel. 

If you cancel an ‘On approval’ order your full payment is to be automatically returned to your balance immediately.

If an order is on processing (has ‘Processing’ status) it can be cancelled only via the support messages inquiry or over the phone call at +44 2032897359. Once an order is purchased and has a ‘Processed’ status it can no longer be cancelled.
